What you will do
- Study customer research and data to find where paying breaks down, then share findings across teams
- Work with design and analytics to build and launch new repayment experiences from discovery onward
- Run experiments aimed at lifting conversion, payment success and reducing cost
- Help shape safe, cost-effective payment processing while balancing performance against risk
- Partner with engineering, finance, design and partnerships to assess opportunities and set sequencing
- Own an ambitious roadmap, pick the highest-impact bets and present strategy to senior leaders

- Comfort with data, using experiment results and customer research to guide decisions
- Strong instinct for spotting broken experiences and the drive to fix them
- Ability to hold informed technical conversations with engineers about system tradeoffs
