Senior Project Manager (US Consumer Delivery)

About the role

The role sits in an enterprise project management office and covers delivery from planning through to launch, often with heavy regulatory scrutiny. Projects are medium to long term and may run in parallel.

At a glance

What you will do

• Plan and deliver distinct projects through every phase, in line with business and enterprise strategy.
• Give direction and coaching to project teams while working with business and executive stakeholders, sometimes across several lines of busin
• Handle projects with moderate to high regulatory oversight and a moderately high to high risk profile.
• Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 work, and sometimes Tier 1, coordinating analysts, subject experts and technology staff.

What they look for

• An undergraduate degree and a project management certification.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience, with solid knowledge of project management practice and principles.
• Exposure to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to influence and build relationships across internal and exter

Nice to have

• Experience in credit cards and in managing a POD.
