About the role

A senior QA role that pairs hands-on test automation across API, web and desktop products with mentoring of other engineers and setting the technical direction for quality.

What you will do

Set automation standards, frameworks and practices and review code from other QA engineers
Plan and prioritize QA work together with engineering and product leaders
Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines in Azure DevOps with plans, gates and releases
Triage failures, separate flaky tests from real defects and lead root cause analysis

What they look for

Eight or more years in QA engineering, with at least two in a lead or senior role
Strong hands-on Java and REST Assured experience for API test automation
Experience using Claude AI or similar LLM tools in automation and testing workflows
Working proficiency in Python for scripting and tooling
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
