Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

A client facing role in a wealth sales team, focused on growing and protecting high value relationships with independent broker dealer firms across a western US territory.

What you will do

• Act as the main client contact for existing relationships in the territory
• Grow client engagement, satisfaction and revenue across the firm
• Manage the territory, protecting key accounts and expanding wallet share
• Oversee the full client experience from business development to account management
• Use data to spot growth opportunities and resolve client needs
• Work with an account executive and teams in marketing, investment, technology and service

• Advanced knowledge of the advisor market, especially the independent broker dealer channel
• Track record of meeting or beating territory growth targets
• Skill at using data to guide decisions and define opportunities
• Ability to work across functions and with a dedicated account executive
• Willingness to live within the western US territory covered by the role
