Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

A senior analyst role at the heart of go-to-market and revenue operations, shaping a compliant, data-driven revenue engine across the demand-to-retention lifecycle. The position partners with sales, finance, legal and IT to turn business needs into scalable systems and processes.

What you will do

• Own and refine demand-to-retention processes from lead generation through renewals and expansion
• Examine pipeline health, conversion rates and forecast accuracy to surface revenue insights
• Design workflows, controls and business rules that support scalable go-to-market operations
• Turn business requirements into Salesforce and CPQ configurations and support delivery

What they look for

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools such as LeanData, Clari or Zuora
• Solid grasp of demand-to-retention processes in a SaaS setting
• Record of driving cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements and stakeholder alignment
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, including everyday use of LLMs
