Senior Solution Architect

About the role

A technical advisor role guiding customers through the whole sales cycle and aligning solutions with their business goals. The architect drives design, adoption and customer success alongside sales, product and success teams.

What you will do

• Serve as technical lead on assigned accounts and build ties with customer technical teams
• Advise the sales team on technical matters and remove technical blockers
• Help draft proposals and answer requests for proposals with solution recommendations
• Design solutions that fit customer objectives and demonstrate their value
• Build and run customer success plans with sales, success, adoption and consulting colleagues
• Support accounts after the sale, run check ins and pass customer feedback to internal teams

What they look for

• Background in solution architecture, consultative selling and managing the full sales process
• Working knowledge of enterprise Linux, Ansible, OpenShift, cloud and DevOps
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills for technical and non technical audiences
• Track record in customer success and technical account planning
