Senior Sales & Retail Operations Analyst

About the role

The role sits at the junction of sales, finance, marketing and operations, tightening fund governance and data quality while making workflows simpler. Clear reporting and useful insights for retail accounts are the measure of good work.

At a glance

What you will do

• Keep fund data accurate in SAP and Vistex, chasing down exceptions and fixing account, program, agreement and claim errors.
• Build and maintain controls, approval steps, documentation and audit-ready records.
• Support retailer-level sales and demand forecasting using past performance, promotions, product transitions and current trends.

What they look for

• Three to five years in sales operations, trade promotion or fund management, finance operations or collaborative forecasting.
• A practical, data-driven problem solver who turns complex fund, sales and financial information into clear actions.
• Strong collaboration, close attention to detail and discipline in process.
• Able to improve controls and workflows while keeping recurring operations running.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, retail or distribution.
• Comfort with root-cause analysis, user acceptance testing and driving adoption of system changes.
