Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the role

A client facing Salesforce expert who advises organisations, gathers their needs and turns them into scalable configurations. The person also improves existing environments and leads enhancement work.

What you will do

• Act as the main Salesforce contact for clients and recommend suitable solutions
• Run discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design sessions
• Administer and configure Sales, Service and Experience Cloud environments
• Convert business needs into workflows, automations, reports, dashboards and user experiences
• Review current environments and propose gains in functionality, data quality, adoption and processes

What they look for

• Substantial hands on Salesforce administration experience
• Proven client facing consulting skills and comfort advising stakeholders
• Ability to explain technical topics to technical and non technical audiences
• Skill at managing competing priorities and facilitating requirements discussions
• Willingness to be onsite two to three days a week in a Midtown Manhattan office
