What you will do

  • Build Salesforce apps with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL, Flow and the platform APIs
  • Lead design talks and turn complex business needs into working Salesforce solutions
  • Stay hands-on through coding, debugging, testing and releases while giving architecture guidance
  • Review code and coach developers on platform standards and good practice
  • Improve Service Cloud case handling, routing, escalation and agent tools in a busy contact center
