  • Lead design, build and operation of complex Python backend services, APIs and data workflows.
  • Design asynchronous, event-driven integrations and patterns for contracts, schemas and migrations.
  • Lead design and code reviews, set standards for testing and observability, and mentor engineers.
  • Improve CI/CD and work with SRE and DevOps on containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code and rollbacks.
  • Define production readiness through service-level indicators, dashboards, alerts and capacity analysis.
