What you will do
- Advise on and help run large compute and AI clusters, including monitoring and workload scheduling
- Troubleshoot from bare metal and the OS up through containers, networking and storage
- Assess customer setups and recommend Kubernetes platforms that are ready for production
- Write runbooks, onboarding material and best-practice guides
- Lead proof of concepts and act as technical lead for assigned accounts

- Degree in computer science, engineering, physics or maths, with five or more years managing scalable cloud environments
- Experience with HPC or AI clusters, GPU drivers, CUDA and workload profiling
- Kubernetes at scale, including scheduling and GPU integration
- Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), networking and storage know-how
- Python and Bash, plus Ansible or Terraform and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus or Loki
