About the role

A senior back-end engineering role focused on designing and scaling the core APIs and backend services behind an enterprise governance, risk and compliance platform, keeping it reliable and fast for many tenants.

What you will do

Write unit, integration and service-level tests and help evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor operational metrics, tracing and alerts to find bottlenecks and tune database queries
Run technical design reviews, break down complex epics with product and design, and mentor engineers
Use AI coding assistants and automation tools to streamline workflows and speed up delivery

What they look for

Five or more years building enterprise backend systems in Java, Kotlin or similar JVM languages with Spring Boot
Curiosity and practical experience with modern AI coding tools
