What you will do
- Split larger projects into tasks, ship them in stages, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver on time
- Join product, design and analytics partners in ideation, explain technical limits, and help weigh risks and trade-offs
- Create and watch metrics, raise issues when needed, and share on-call and keep-the-lights-on duties
- Take part in growth activities such as interviewing to strengthen team community

- At least 1.5 years of total experience as a software engineer
- Hands-on delivery of web apps with declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience shipping mobile apps with native or cross-platform tools such as React Native
- Track record designing, building and launching APIs at scale in Kotlin or Python
- Ability to turn a simple problem into a solution spanning several software components, with clear, tested, extensible code
- Comfort reading a large code base, debugging other people's code, and giving feedback in code reviews
