  • Design and oversee application and systems architecture for current and future business systems
  • Prototype and validate AI and automation solutions, then turn them into reusable patterns and standards
  • Work with infrastructure, application and quality teams so systems meet requirements and stay supported
  • Align infrastructure roadmaps and vendor plans with the application technology strategy
  • Gather requirements and help shape technology strategy with business analysts and engineers

  • Hands-on Databricks work: AI/ML workloads, GenAI, Databricks Apps, Unity Catalog and Lakehouse
  • Experience building and deploying AI applications and agents on enterprise data platforms
  • Comfort integrating AI with enterprise data platforms, APIs, SaaS tools and business systems
  • Seven or more years in a related field, with a BS/BA or equivalent background
  • Ability to manage a team of professionals or supervise support staff indirectly

Nice to have

  • A track record of turning emerging technologies into practical business solutions
