  • Set the model based enterprise strategy with engineering and manufacturing leaders and tie it to business goals
  • Own the CAD and CAM roadmap, programme status, metrics and milestones, and hold partners to delivery commitments
  • Lead the CAD team, mentor its members and give day to day direction
  • Track licence usage and cost, own the CAD budget and its pacing
  • Present progress, risks and opportunities to executive sponsors
  • Manage the relationship with the NX software vendor
