What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery and user journeys to prototypes and high-fidelity visual execution
- Design consumer mobile experiences and scalable integration experiences for retail and delivery partners
- Map and optimize service workflows connecting merchant fulfillment, ground operations and real-time logistics
- Design internal tools and dashboards for configuring, monitoring and managing autonomous aircraft fleets
- Partner with UX Research on interviews, studies and testing, turning insights into design decisions
- Evolve the design system and mentor fellow designers through critiques
