Senior Support Engineer

About the role

Serves as the technical expert for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, resolving complex customer issues within service level agreements. Works closely with engineering and product delivery teams to deepen product knowledge.

What you will do

• Own technical issues, understand customer needs and escalate complex cases effectively
• Manage and prioritize a diverse set of support requests from a large user base
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by phone, email and remote meetings within defined SLAs
• Collaborate with engineering and product delivery teams to understand product functionality and project requirements

What they look for

• At least five years of functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience with user configurations and data import and export processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and work with people at all levels
• Proficiency in debugging applications and basic knowledge of database technologies

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification, held or in progress
• Familiarity with XRM Toolbox
