What you will do
- Provide senior L3 technical support and own complex incidents through to resolution
- Design, develop, configure and deploy enhancements and technical solutions
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring or complex production issues
- Handle upgrades, patches and platform changes, coordinating with the product vendor
- Maintain scripts, queries, integrations, APIs, reports and workflows
- Cross-train junior developers and administrators and maintain technical documentation
