  • Use Claude and similar tools for job descriptions, candidate summaries, interview prep and market mapping
  • Coach mid-level recruiters and add playbooks, prompts and workflow fixes to the wider team

  • Track record hiring Salesforce roles (Admin, Developer, Architect, Agentforce, MuleSoft) or cybersecurity roles (SOC, GRC, Cloud Security, I
