- Shape the strategy and roadmap for your platform area and carry it from requirements through launch and adoption
- Convert customer and partner needs into clear technical requirements and define metrics for adoption and reliability
- Work through architecture, APIs and system tradeoffs, and identify where AI can improve the platform
- Balance foundational platform investments against near-term customer and revenue outcomes
- Collaborate with data, product and business teams and explain platform value to technical and non-technical audiences
