  • Own delivery of programs across ML, systems and MLOps, platform and solutions teams from scoping to launch
  • Build plans, roadmaps and timelines and track critical paths, dependencies and risks
  • Align engineering, product, solutions engineering, QA and customer success on scope and status
  • Run sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming and retrospectives, and standardize them
  • Improve PMO processes and tooling such as Jira workflows, reporting and intake
  • Report status with data to leadership and, where needed, enterprise customers
