What you will do
- Own critical customer cases from first response to resolution and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Reproduce problems, analyze diagnostic data and find root causes across installation, operation and performance
- Advise enterprise, cloud and service-provider customers by phone, email and conference sessions
- Feed field findings back into product improvements, support tools and documentation
- Lead during high-severity incidents and improve support through automation and knowledge sharing
