What you will do
- Research, write, edit and proofread technical content such as manuals, procedures and specifications
- Keep documentation accurate and aligned with quality, format and style standards
- Help set style guidelines and standards for text and illustrations
- Create and maintain operational documentation, including design, interface, test and recovery materials
- Package deliverables and prepare training and handoff materials for the client
