- Direct large cross-functional transitions spanning processes, service migrations and organizational change
- Build transition strategies with milestones, dependencies and governance structures
- Align business leaders, functional teams and external partners on scope, roles and success measures
- Run governance forums, executive updates, escalation paths and progress reporting
- Assess risks and dependencies, then lead mitigation and resolution planning
- Check operational readiness across people, processes, systems, controls and reporting before go-live
