  • Watch SLI/SLO alerts such as mobile purchase rates and look into anomalies
  • Tune alert thresholds and windows, including quiet hours between midnight and 6 AM
  • Run the existing Kubernetes and EKS infrastructure day to day and support Terraform work
  • Help product teams use AWS Bedrock and AWS Marketplace for AI workloads without overspending
