Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

A remote, hourly role creating content and nurturing an engaged community around conscious entrepreneurship and personal growth. The manager keeps the brand voice lively and turns event footage into shareable short videos.

What you will do

• Produce on-brand posts, Reels, carousels and stories that drive engagement
• Cut event footage into short-form videos and write captions with personality
• Run the posting calendar and coordinate with designers and editors
• Interact daily with members, messages and comments to keep energy high
• Reach out to creators, brands and influencers for organic growth
• Track engagement metrics and support giveaways and partnerships

What they look for

• Demonstrated experience with short-form content such as Reels, TikTok and carousels
• Comfort using AI tools for ideas, scripts or content production
• Strong social instincts and enjoyment of community building
• Organised multitasker able to balance creative and operational work
• Self-starter who spots opportunities and acts on them
