About the role

Serve as lead technical authority on complex insurance suite implementations across Latin America, combining product knowledge with hands-on design and technical leadership. The role works with customers, partners and internal teams to lower delivery risk.

What you will do

• Translate customer business needs into scalable designs covering configuration, integration, data and cloud operations
• Own key design decisions and align them with reference architectures and best practices
• Review technical designs, configuration approaches and integration specifications from project teams and partners
• Provide hands-on leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, review code and mentor consultants
• Define reusable patterns and accelerators that cut effort and raise quality across implementations

What they look for

• Able to use AI and data-driven insights to improve design, build and troubleshooting
• Ten or more years in enterprise software implementation or architecture, including large transformation or core system projects
• Strong expertise in Gosu, Java or a similar object-oriented language
• Solid grasp of REST and SOAP integrations, messaging and batch processing
• Experience with cloud platforms, including environments, deployments and operations

Nice to have

• Two or more years of hands-on insurance suite implementation experience, including configuration and integration
