What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable solutions for near real-time decisioning systems
- Architect distributed systems including microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven streaming and hybrid data storage
- Build and maintain backend services and data pipelines in Python and frontend experiences in React
- Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure with Kubernetes and orchestrate data workflows with Airflow or similar
- Own services end to end, apply strong testing practices and keep code quality high
- Mentor other engineers, lead design discussions and code reviews, and report progress and risks
