Solution Architect

About the role

Join an international programme for an aerospace leader, shaping the design and security of IT solutions in transformation projects. The role aligns business needs with architecture standards and the wider IT strategy.

What you will do

• Design functional and technical architectures for transformation projects, covering coherence and security
• Define building blocks, patterns and integration principles across the IT ecosystem
• Run functional and technical workshops and document architectural decisions
• Coordinate business, IT, security, infrastructure and project teams for consistent architecture
• Lead or take part in application audits covering obsolescence, security and reliability
• Track architecture risks, assumptions and decisions, and support governance committees

What they look for

• Ten to fifteen years of experience, including complex IT transformation work
• Strong end-to-end architecture design background, functional and technical
• Practice writing architecture documentation and facilitating workshops
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP, including enterprise integration
• Familiarity with IT and OT security standards, IAM, compliance and data classification
• Architecture modelling with Archimate, agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe, and TOGAF practices

Nice to have

• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, Archimate, cloud architect credentials or ITIL
• Any level of French
