What you will do
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using platform APIs, microservices and integration frameworks
- Lead implementation, customisation and optimisation of the insurance platform
- Build solutions for policy administration, claims, billing and distribution channels
- Integrate AI and machine learning into underwriting, claims, fraud detection and customer engagement
- Guide development teams on architecture, integration, API design, security and performance
- Work with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs

- Proven solution architecture experience in insurance or financial services
- Hands-on work with the InsureMO platform and its ecosystem
- Understanding of MGA operations, delegated underwriting and distribution models
- Experience with enterprise integration using APIs, microservices and middleware
- Experience embedding AI and machine learning in insurance platforms
- Knowledge of core insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, billing and distribution
Nice to have
- TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
- Cloud-native architecture and digital transformation experience
- Knowledge of API-first design, event-driven systems and integration patterns
- Agile experience leading distributed teams
