  • Mentor partners, customers and colleagues, sharing technical know-how so they can deliver on their own
  • Help shape strategic plans for AI adoption at national, regional and city levels
  • Produce presentations, blog posts and interactive notebooks that tie strategy to government needs
  • Guide customer technical teams through hands-on trials and solution deployments

What they look for

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, physics, maths or similar, or equal experience
  • Five or more years in technical consulting or software development, with three of them on computer vision, deep learning or generative AI
  • Hands-on Python, PyTorch and container experience, plus fine-tuning or deploying vision or language models
  • Comfort working across engineering, research, product, sales and marketing, and presenting ideas clearly in writing and on GitHub

Nice to have

  • Prior work in government, AI startups or digital twins
  • Kubernetes, Helm or Slurm development experience
  • CI/CD and MLOps tooling for vision, NLP, digital twin or analytics applications
  • Interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Vietnamese or Thai
