Solutions & Implementation Manager

About the role

Lead implementation of scalable technical solutions for high-profile clients, from initial concept through testing and deployment. The role combines solution design, client-facing project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

• Create technical specifications, solution blueprints and scalable designs that meet industry and regulatory standards
• Lead implementations from concept through testing and deployment as the main client and project contact
• Assess complex business, technical, security, reporting and legal requirements and turn them into functional requirements
• Document solutions with requirement and design documents, custom flowcharts and a maintained project knowledge base
• Review existing solutions and optimise performance, quality and maintainability
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales meetings and throughout implementation

What they look for

• Seven or more years as a solutions architect or in a comparable role delivering complex technical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to any audience
• A proactive, strategic thinker with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products and related technologies
