Specialized Talent Sourcer

About the role

A sourcing specialist who finds and attracts candidates with niche skills for hard-to-fill roles, using targeted techniques to match people to client needs. The position is remote for candidates based in four US states.

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role needs and align sourcing with company goals
• Write and place job adverts on specialist boards to draw interest from target candidates
• Process applications across platforms promptly and screen candidates for fit before handoff
• Use online platforms, social media, networking, cold calling and email campaigns to reach candidates
• Build and sustain talent pools for current and future niche hiring needs
• Present market research on trends, pay benchmarks and talent supply to guide hiring strategy

What they look for

• Prior experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
• Ability to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit of candidates
• Skill in creative outreach and candidate engagement methods
• Comfort with market research and advising hiring groups on sourcing strategy
• Residence in Idaho, Arizona, Oregon or Texas

Nice to have

• Sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry
