A senior consultant role focused on supporting and implementing SAP service parts planning environments. The position involves solution design, support escalation and guiding delivery teams.
What you will do
- Gather functional requirements and analyse client needs within the project context
- Design end to end solutions covering functional and non functional requirements
- Choose design methods and tooling, and coordinate requirements, schedules and activities
- Lead or support user acceptance testing and production rollouts
- Create and validate work breakdown structures and effort estimates
- Troubleshoot complex defects and propose fixes raised in code or design reviews
What they look for
- Six or more years of total experience
- Experience supporting or implementing SAP SPP or S/4HANA eSPP environments
- Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts planning, multi echelon inventory optimisation and service supply chain dynamics
- Strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters such as EOQ, safety stock, replenishment and DRP
- Experience in structured support settings with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Solution Manager
