Own search and browse design end to end within a discovery team, bringing strategic clarity to initiatives. Shape information architecture, ranking behavior, and member-facing search experiences.
What you will do
- Own information architecture and taxonomy for search and browse, including categories, filters, and ranking
- Design for search relevance and for zero or low result states
- Partner with data and machine learning teams on ranking and personalization signals
- Lead design from discovery through execution across key initiatives
- Mentor designers and help evolve the design system
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design

- A portfolio showing user-centered, interaction, and visual design strength
- Hands-on expertise with Figma and standard design tools
- Experience with user research methods and A/B testing
- Strong collaboration and clear communication of design rationale
