Staff Product Manager, Community Builders

About the role

Shape how people discover, join and take part in online communities. The role covers new community experiences from first idea through launch and growth.

What you will do

• Spot the biggest chances to improve community experiences and turn them into a strategy and roadmap
• Take new community products from problem definition to launch, learning and scale
• Study members, contributors and community leaders and turn findings into strong product experiences
• Weigh ecosystem tradeoffs such as community health, contribution quality and member trust
• Set goals, success measures, milestones and learning plans tied to wider company strategy
• Work with engineering, design, data, research and other teams to make tradeoffs and deliver

What they look for

• Staff level consumer product experience owning significant product surfaces or systems with measurable outcomes
• Strong product judgment, user intuition and sharp UX taste
• Comfort leading ambiguous zero to one work
• Ability to bring clarity without precedent and explain decisions to senior stakeholders
