Staff Product Manager, Consumer Growth Loyalty

About the role

The role builds a consumer loyalty program from the ground up, defining what members earn, how they advance and why the card becomes their default payment method. It pairs product vision with program economics and measurement.

What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for the consumer loyalty program, including hypotheses, metrics and sequencing
• Launch the first rewards and tiers version covering earn mechanics, benefits, redemption and in-app surfaces
• Build engagement loops such as progress, milestones and personalized offers that drive repeat use
• Own program economics including reward liability, funding mix and incremental GMV against cost per member

What they look for

• Experience building or scaling a loyalty, rewards or engagement program and knowledge of earn and burn mechanics
• History of launching products from scratch rather than only optimizing existing ones
