Staff Product Manager, Growth & E-commerce Experimentation

About the role

Own a fast-paced experimentation roadmap across the digital buying journey, from discovery and booking through checkout and post-purchase, turning customer data into measurable tests.

What you will do

• Own a prioritized experimentation roadmap tied to conversion, product selection, booking completion, order value and repeat purchase.
• Use funnel analysis, behavioral data and customer research to find the highest-value friction points and growth opportunities.
• Analyze results with Analytics, separate signal from noise and turn findings into decisions, follow-up tests or scaled experiences.

What they look for

• Experience running high-velocity growth or e-commerce experimentation programs.
• Ability to turn qualitative insight and business data into clear, testable hypotheses.
• Skill in funnel analysis, behavioral analytics and experiment measurement.
• Comfort partnering with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal and operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
