Staff Software Development Engineer in Test

About the role

A staff-level technical role leading quality engineering for financial reporting products, building test platforms and standards that let multiple product teams ship quickly and safely.

What you will do

• Set the technical direction for quality engineering, including reusable tooling, infrastructure and standards
• Define governance so AI-generated code and agent integrations stay safe and testable
• Architect and grow automated test frameworks covering API, integration, contract, end-to-end and performance testing
• Build quality platform capabilities for distributed systems, including CI/CD integration and release validation
• Drive performance, load, reliability and chaos testing for critical services
• Lead multi-quarter cross-functional initiatives and mentor senior and mid-level engineers

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least four years in software engineering, test development, test infrastructure or quality engineering
• Experience leading quality efforts across multiple product teams
