- Lead design, architecture, implementation and delivery of major systems spanning several teams
- Write and test system components and lead code and design reviews
- Own code quality plus system, functional and integration testing across interfaces
- Simplify ambiguous problems and bring sound judgement to significant decisions
- Work with UX and product teams to invent customer-first solutions
- Mentor engineers and help shape company technical objectives
