A senior fullstack role owning frontend direction for internal finance systems that turn trading and payment activity into accurate records, supporting reconciliation and governed action.
What you will do
- Set frontend strategy and architecture for reconciliation and operations products in React and TypeScript
- Design auditable human-in-the-loop workflows with approvals, permissions and review history
- Establish frontend standards for testing, accessibility, performance and safe rollout
- Lead ambiguous high-impact initiatives and align engineering, product, design and finance stakeholders
- Partner with finance and accounting users and mentor engineers
What they look for
- 8 or more years of software engineering experience
- Significant production experience with React and TypeScript plus fullstack capability
- Record of leading ambiguous cross-functional projects end to end
- Deep frontend architecture expertise including state management and performance
- Experience with data-rich operational or workflow products where accuracy matters
- History of influencing technical direction across teams
Nice to have
- Financial systems, reconciliation or payments domain experience
