Staff Software Engineer, Provider Engagement

About the role

The engineer owns the technical architecture for a provider engagement platform that personalises how practices interact with the marketplace. The work spans data pipelines, machine learning integration and APIs that feed product surfaces.

What you will do

• Own the architecture for a major domain such as practice intelligence APIs, recommendation serving or orchestration
• Put data science models into production with serving, feature pipelines, monitoring and feedback loops
• Define APIs and contracts linking platform services to product surfaces
• Lead complex projects across teams and build agreement on technical direction
• Mentor engineers and raise standards for system design and operational excellence
