- Own and continuously prioritize the platform roadmap across business technology domains
- Unify demand intake from multiple queues into one structured, prioritized process
- Work with business technology leaders to structure platform demand and replace ad hoc requests
- Own API contracts, versioning and integration pattern decisions such as sync versus event-driven
- Build and defend the platform narrative for executive and cross-functional audiences
- Partner with enterprise architecture on platform versus domain scope and data flows
