Symphony Project Manager PMO/IT

About the role

A project management role supporting business and technology initiatives, including enterprise system work. You will coordinate schedules, risks and stakeholders while following PMO standards.

What you will do

• Run regular status meetings and maintain project plans, KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and system integrators.
• Help with organizational change activities such as communications, readiness tracking and training.
• Escalate concerns to senior project or program leadership when needed.

What they look for

• Experience across a full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence and similar PM tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle or another ERP platform.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
