Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

You will lead recruitment for a new client partnership, running roles end to end and keeping hiring on pace. You will be the contact stakeholders trust to deliver strong candidates and a good experience.

What you will do

• Run roles from intake to offer, bringing in support from colleagues when needed
• Source candidates at all levels and disciplines using a broad range of methods, including headhunting
• Gather talent intelligence before, during and after hiring projects to improve results
• Adapt to market conditions so the partner is seen as an employer of choice
• Prioritise workload, push back when needed and consistently meet service levels
• Prepare for and present at monthly partnership review meetings

What they look for

• Strong in-house, RPO or embedded recruitment background with a record of meeting service levels and hiring targets
• Skill in direct sourcing and headhunting beyond advertising
• Confidence partnering with stakeholders, including challenging, influencing and managing expectations
• Comfort using data and market insight to guide hiring decisions
• Organised and resilient, able to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced setting
