Talent Acquisition Lead, Pharma

About the role

A six month fixed term role leading hiring for an embedded partnership with a specialty pharmaceutical business, working remotely on UK and European hours. The focus is on sourcing-led delivery of roles from intake to offer.

What you will do

• Run assigned roles from intake through offer and handover to onboarding across medical, commercial, regulatory, quality, legal and support a
• Source proactively on every role using Boolean search, headhunting and outreach to passive candidates up to senior leadership
• Gather talent intelligence before, during and after searches to set realistic expectations and inform stakeholder choices
• Manage workload, push back when needed and consistently meet service level agreements
• Solve problems early, reshape processes to speed things up and bring solutions rather than escalations
• Share market insight with the Talent Acquisition Director and support colleagues with knowledge sharing

What they look for

• Proven recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Background in in-house, RPO or embedded recruitment with a record of meeting SLAs and hiring targets
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, including Boolean search and engaging passive candidates
• Confidence partnering with and challenging senior stakeholders up to VP level
• Ability to adapt approach to the UK and European market
