Sourcing support for functional recruiters, building pipelines for business units and mapping candidate pools. The job is about steady research and early phone screens rather than full-cycle hiring.

At a glance

What you will do

• Source active and passive candidates to help with difficult searches and periods of high requisition volume
• Help design sourcing strategies to target, map and engage potential candidates
• Track industry, people and company trends to spot candidate pools for live and pipeline searches
• Research résumés and profiles on job boards, social networks and the wider internet
• Attend industry events to network and bring qualified people in
• Screen candidates by phone for availability, interest, salary range, relocation needs and basic qualifications

What they look for

• A sourcing or recruiting certification such as CIR, AIRS or Social Talent, or similar
• Proven interest and skill in social media, internet research and sourcing
• Experience with tools and sourcing ideas beyond traditional recruiting methods
• Ability to build trust and credibility with colleagues
• Comfort working with little supervision and juggling priorities in a changing environment
• Strong organisation and close attention to detail
