A role supporting global executive talent acquisition, recruiting senior leaders for business areas of strategic importance. The recruiter owns full lifecycle searches at director and vice president level and advises leadership on hiring strategy.
What you will do
- Own and manage full lifecycle executive searches at director and vice president level
- Research, engage, assess and build relationships with external leadership talent
- Identify diverse talent pools and develop leadership talent networks and pipelines
- Conduct market and competitive research on trends affecting leadership hiring
- Create and execute executive recruitment strategies aligned to business needs
- Partner with executive leadership and human resources on search processes and candidate experience
What they look for
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Strong executive presence and business acumen to interpret enterprise strategies
- Broad cross-functional knowledge across an enterprise
- Strategic mindset to turn trends and analysis into talent recommendations
- Strong presentation and project management experience

- Prior experience in a retained search firm or an in-house executive recruiting team
