Event and Campaign Marketing Specialist

About the role

A junior marketing role supporting conferences, sponsorships, webinars and multi-channel campaigns. The person helps shape content and experiences that present the brand consistently to the market.

What you will do

• Help plan and run the company's presence at conferences, sponsorships and webinars, covering materials, promotion, logistics and onsite help
• Support campaigns that run across email, social, web, events, press and sales collateral
• Draft copy and help steer the design of social posts, emails, decks, one-pagers and event assets
• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, details and deliverables across several initiatives at once
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics with venues, AV and video partners, transport, restaurants and other suppliers
• Work with sales, product marketing, leadership and outside partners, and suggest fresh ideas for market presence

What they look for

• A degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a similar field, or comparable experience
• Up to two years in marketing, events, trade shows or a coordination role, with internships counting
• Strong organisation and project management, handling timelines, checklists and vendors without losing details
• Clear and responsive communication in writing and speech
• Comfort working across functions in a fully remote team
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and willingness to pick up new tools
