Junior Sales Development Representative, IT

About the role

A junior outbound sales role focused on booking meetings for a sales team at an AI networking company. The work centres on high volume phone outreach to senior IT decision makers.

What you will do

• Make more than 120 cold calls each working day
• Follow up by email and LinkedIn with prospects reached by phone
• Reach senior IT and infrastructure decision makers inside large organisations
• Qualify leads and book at least 20 meetings per month for the sales team
• Record all activity carefully in the customer relationship management system
• Explain the value of autonomous AI networking and handle objections

What they look for

• At least one year of cold calling and sales development experience
• Background selling IT, SaaS or other technology products
• Fluent English with confidence speaking to executives and senior staff
• Strong skills in cold calling and cold emailing
• Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite
• Able to work a fixed 9am to 5pm Eastern time schedule from an offshore location
